Our team at Hollywood Garden Apartments focuses on keeping tenants comfortable in this close-knit community. Our focus on comfort extends to the creation of our rate schedule. We strive to maintain competitive rent, deposit and fee schedules to keep apartment costs manageable for our residents. We screen all of our applicants to ensure each resident will happily reside in our apartment homes. We offer a discount on the deposit rate for individuals with a qualifying credit score.

Our upgraded units feature an eat-in kitchen with many cabinets, microwave, newer gas range and granite counter tops. Our community features intercom access at front entry and there is a laundry room on premises. Residents can have a pet cat in their unit or obtain gated parking access for an additional fee. We do set limitations on apartment occupancy to remain in accordance with local water conservation measures. In an effort to maintain our community atmosphere, we do not accept pet dogs. This is a NO SMOKING property.
